Since 1974, Genei, Inc. has been serving the dunnage and container management industry. Originally operating as a recycling division of Dunnage Engineering in Brighton, Michigan, Genei was officially founded by Stanley Genei in 1977 when Dunnage Engineering was sold.
Martin Genei, Stanley's son, joined the family business in 1981. Martin's goal has been to expand the company through aggressive marketing and sales, while continuing to offer unsurpassed customer service.
As a result, Genei, Inc. has enlarged its facilities to provide better service. What began as a single 6,000 square-foot facility in Brighton has expanded and now includes a new corporate headquarters in Saginaw. In early 1995, a new regional distribution center was opened in Old Fort, North Carolina.
